She was born and raised in Peru and comes from a local business family, which gave her early exposure to the tourism and service industry. This background helped shape her understanding of responsibility, organization, and customer care from a young age. Mila has over 6 years of experience as a professional tour guide, working with travelers from all over the world. She specializes in cultural tours, trekking routes, and experiences like the Inca Trail, and has guided both Spanish speaking and international groups. She also has experience working with hotels and tourism operations, which allows her to understand the full travel experience, from planning to execution.
